Pretty rare AATP pirate skirt.
I got this skirt second hand at a swap, it is so incredibly unique, it is however much too small for me now. I would not go above a 24-25 inch waist on this. The under skirt is elastic, but the top has a very firm waistband. The button is missing on the waist, it wears fine without it, as well as that cord in the Lolilibrary image. I had no idea it even came with that until i looked it up to post it. It was worn about 4 times by me, I am uncertain about the previous owner.
