Hoshibako Works Gothic /Qi -Lolita OP. Has a lovely wisteria print in an artificial silk which gives it a great texture. Has a lot of give in the waist and hips so you can layer several petticoats for a voluminous look. Sold as is , the second frog closure from the bottom has come loose. (See photo 4)
