Angelic Pretty's Polka Dot Chiffon Scalloped OP in Red.

Dress is fully shirred and very forgiving for girls with a larger chest. Dress is made out of chiffon and its very light weight and great for warm weather. Dress is fully lined (except the sleeves) and has a built-in petti. Includes detachable waist ties. Lace details, heart-shaped trims and pearls (on the front) bow are lovely. Dress is beautiful overall. Gently used, I am it's second owner.
