The back of the dress is fully shirred and the blouse is slightly wider than most Angelic Pretty blouses. Exquisite eyelet lace and ruffle details on the dress. The blouse has been ALTERED by a professional seamstress to make the sleeve cuffs bigger. The added fabric is not visible when worn. The dress has not been altered in any way. The blouse has its original neck ribbon included, and the dress has its original waist ties. The pearl-textured buttons on both the dress and the blouse show some wear.
