AP Blouse, no damages. Has yellow ribbons&buttons/accents.

I'm not sure what this blouse is called??? It's in great condition, worn once by previous owner and only ever tried on by me. I can lightly wash it UPON REQUEST before sending it out.

PS. I do own cats, but they are kept away from my lolita.

I do have a cat and I do my best to rid items of cat hair before shipping, but people with severe allergies be warned. **I live in a primarily nonsmoking household however I’ve gotten recent complaints of a smoke smell. I suspect this is someone at the post and it is out of my control. Please be aware. AT THIS TIME I AM NOT SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US. My local post charges quite a bit for overseas shipping ($60+ for one dress last I checked) and because of this it is unfair to my buyers to charge them these outrages fees. If you don't care and want the item anyways, I'm happy to sell to you just please understand the fees are high and out of my control. Shipping internationally is usually a tad expensive for me. It was $20 last time I shipped a shirt to Canada.

I checked at the post yesterday! The cheapest I can ship it to Canada for is $15usd. (So with the current bid price it would be $56 total)
