This phone case can be used for any phone that is small enough to fit in its dimensions! There is a cutout window for iphone cameras, but even if you don't have an iphone the plastic section that the phone can be attached to slides up to reveal the camera when necessary.
Fair condition, it's still perfectly usable but is used, and it shows. I don't see any tears in the material but the print is obviously wearing on the edges. Also, the inner plastic part is cracked at one area. Since there isn't any adhesive part for attaching your phone anymore you need to find your own (use double sided tape or other similar adhesive sheets).
