Overall, both the dress and the KC are in good condition. There are two slight yellow stains as pictured.. One of the waist tie buttons has been strengthened a bit as it was pretty loose after wearing it for a bit. The dress is wrinkled from storage and is slightly fragrant, should this be a concern. The headbow has a pretty perfume-y smell, and I haven't been able to get rid of it. The neck ties are included, they were just tucked inside the dress while I took the pictures.
