I love this dress, but I just found my preferred cut for it so I am selling my version. This is the 2008 release. Measurements (from lolibrary):

Waist: 70
Length: 87.5+3.5
Cuff: 28 cm This dress does have partial shirring, however I do not know the maximum measurements.
The halter ties and waist ties may be a little bit wrinkled from storage.
