Brand new with tag, never worn. It doesn't fit and I hate seeing it just sit in my closet. It's a beautiful dress with no damage or anything wrong with it at all. It's made out of a really nice fabric that has a good weight to it. Back shirring. Has Cheshire cat, tea pots, castle, cards and white rabbits on print. Zipper is on side. Us shipping only, sorry.
