Wonder Cookie Bustier JSK + Headbow in black from Angelic Pretty

Condition: It is in very good condition, worn a few times. The only thing I noticed is a small spot where it looks like the fabric has been rubbed, like a light scuff (see picture). It's on the bottom of the dress all the way in the back and it is only 1.5 cm large, there is no stain,. You will only notice it if you really look for it.

Features: Partial shirring, Corset lacing, Detachable waist ties, Halter neckline, Detachable frill on the body of the dress and on the headbow

Lolibrary only shows the "minimum" mesurements which are the following:

Bust: 84

Waist: 67

Length: 89+3.5

I'm pretty sure it can go at least up to 75cm for the waist and it's pretty free for the bust. Just ask if you want me to mesure for you.
