Hi doll! This is a white blouse from Angelic Pretty, I bought it brand new without tags from another seller, but it's just too small for me. I only tried it on, never worn. It is wrinkled because, at the time, i did not know how to properly store Lolita clothes in their garment bags. These is a detachable bow that is not pictured here but is indeed included!
