I bought this a couple years ago but never did any more than try it on. Neck bow tie is detachable

I can’t find any specific flaws but it is used and ten years old so there is a slight feeling of wear
unstetched laid flat it measures 41cm
im not sure what max the fabric could stretch to and I don’t want to damage it to stretch it out to the max, but when I tried it on I could wear it at 96cm bust
