For a medium flat-rate Priority Mail box, it'll cost $58 and arrive within 6-10 business days.

There is, yes, though it's a bit difficult to give an exact quote without packing everything up and weighing it. First Class International is going to cost somewhere between $15-21, though I don't believe this option includes delivery confirmation or tracking.
