I just double checked with better lighting and I really don't see any stains or damage...if anything, i think the elastic in the sleeves and neckine are perhaps a bit stretched out, like it's been worn a few times...only once by me, but I bought it 2nd hand, so not sure...but the neck straps & waist ties are there to secure the dress.
