Angelic Pretty's Tiara Rose skirt in pink; it comes with two detachable waist ties and a bow. The skirt doesn't have any rips, stains, or smells. The back of the skirt has a small bit of thread showing near the shirring, but it isn't unraveling. The waist ties need to be ironed. The bow has a small stain as shown.
