Breaks my heart to sell this but I really need the money. Bought it 2nd hand and I have yet to wear it. Gives the most beautiful poof! The apron part can be detached to make it just a skirt. also POCKETS.
Only flaw is one of the inside buttons is a little loose (pictured) but that can be easily fixed.
I wouldn't suggest it for waist over 29".
