Black colorway of AP's Sugary Carnival Special Set. Dress has partial back shirring. There is an included hair clip as well. I am the second owner of this dress in a pet, smoke, and child-free home. 

The dress is washed and stain-free, but please note it does NOT come with waist ties (never got them from the previous owner).
