Popular AP Sugary Carnival OP in Lavender 2009 edition! Really cute! Does not include the matching headbow!;-; Has minor fading but is still adorable!!

~AP Sugary Carnival OP in lavender first edition!! I am not the first owner but has never been worn by me, but I did try it on.
~Beware anyone with allergies I do own a cat, 2 dogs, and bird though none of them have had contact with the dress!
~My parents do smoke though the dress does not have any strange odors since it has lived in my closet since its arrival.
~This is one of my dream dresses and it is sad to see it gone but I am selling it since it doesn't fit and I don`t want to alter it!;-;
~Does have minor fading on the front and the waist ties, so I have a feeling it was worn a lot. Other then that it is in perfect condition!!^-^
~Comes with both waist ties and neck ties, does have a built in petti. However the front bow is not detachable but the waist ties are! It will come in a dress bag for safe keeping!^u^
