Not pictured, but comes with the detachable bow for the front middle area that I've been using as a headbow. If you check the original AP photos you can see it was super puffy and basically a miniature pillow, so I removed some of the inner fluff. It's not properly sewn back up but is still in one piece. So long as the belt stays centered you can't see the cut.

Note: I do have cats, but they are not allowed near my wardrobe. Please be aware if it's an issue.
