I bought this second hand, but I've never personally worn it. All of the glitter is also still intact! It does have a tear along the zipper, photo included, but could very easily be fixed by someone with sewing skills! The waist ties, back ribbon, and front bow all come with the dress, they've just been stuffed in the pocket since I got it a few years ago. 

The ribbon also appears to be blue even though this is the lavender colorway, but it's the one that was sent with the dress when I originally bought it.
