Bought from Closet Child in Tokyo. Not sure which number owner I am, but the previous owner(s) took excellent care of this piece! In excellent condition with no damages/stains or missing/replaced pieces, and the glitter is still gorgeous and fully intact. The ribbon lacing is also glittery! There is a panel of shirring in the back with a zip side closure, and a built in petticoat layer as well.
