Otks were not worn by the previous owner, but once by myself. NO MAJOR STAINS OR DAMAGE! There are minor stains on the feet of the otks due to wear. As seen in one of the photos, there is a small bit of ribbon on the front skirt that has come loose of the lace. It is NOT really visible unless you look for it. ALL ties (neck and waist) are included! Measurements - Bust: 89-95cm Waist: 72-88cm Length: 86cm + 3cm lace
