What are the dress's max bust and waist measurements? Lolibrary only shows the minimum number and the jsk has shirring.

Research tells me:
Bust: 28in-38in
Waist: 26in-35in
and it has full shirring and detachable waist ties. :)
It's quite comfortable and stretchy.

Sure, with my tape measure I get about 38 inch bust, and 33 inch waist, max. It can possibly stretch a tiny bit more than this, but I didn't want to stretch too hard.
