Sorry for the late reply! Laying flat, the measurement from armpit-to-armpit is ~41cm and the measurement at the waist is ~33.5cm. It's a rather petite dress, so I would not recommend a waist size larger than ~69cm. It's closer to a VM waist size than AP.
