AP Soft Tulle Pannier (red) (2008)

Really nice petti from AP, made from a super soft tulle material and lined with cotton, not itchy at all! One of my personal favourite designs because of how soft it is.
Due to the softness of the material, this is a relatively low-poof petti, so it's ideal for for light chiffon dresses or casual lolitas looking for something more subtle and comfortable. Also for this reason, this petti will basically never deflate - very low maintenance.
I believe this is from 2008 or perhaps even older - the label doesn't have a product number on it.
Since this was released quite some time ago, the previous elastic died and was replaced by the previous owner. There are also a couple small stain spots in one small area on the inner lining - Other than that, it's in very good condition, no flaws I can spot, and the poofiness is like new (the cotton lining is still quite crisp) - though please be aware that I may have missed something.

Hi, I believe that the absolute max for this petti is 112cm as this was the completely unstretched circumference I measured when I replaced the elastic in a similar petticoat, so I'm sure that this petti can stretch that far. And even if it doesn't, since the elastic has been replaced once already, I think it wouldn't be too hard to insert a longer elastic for comfort.
