I believe this is vintage version of shoulder ribbon jsk
but I dont know which version (year) exactly
Its probably much older than the link I put as reference
Reference can be used to give you the idea of sizing
Despite its look, it is better for smaller woman however
At its best I would say wearer should not have bust over
35 inches and waist over 29 inches (no bigger than us4)
and yes, it misses shoulder ribbon unfortunately
***Edit-->I dropped the price and renamed it as damaged
because I happened to see few tiny tears on a tip of the waist ribbon (right side when you wear it, aka left in the photo). It probably happened during the time I wearing this jsk was preparing a festival which we had to use scissor, cutter, nails and many diy tools. The damage might come from that occasion. Keep in mind that, unlike btssb shirring jsk, this ap jsk waist ribbons are not detachable.
