I'd say max bust is under 39 and max waist is under 32
The dress has a single minor stain on a bow in the front, which I included a picture of.
The dress is missing a bow and the waist tie.
I included a bow from a different brand that matches the dress nicely.
Dress is from non-smoking, pet-free home!
