I bought this set second-hand, item is not new. They are in decent condition, I have worn them several times. The skirt has a little stain, which you can see in the photo. Please message me if you want more photos of the stain or the skirt in general. I haven't tried any stain remover on the stain which might fix it, as I'm afraid of making it worse.
