Good condition - Bought second hand - Lacks one crystal on the waist ties

I bought this dress second hand and worn it only once as it does not fit my style. The dress is in good condition, I can find no flaws, except the lack of one crystal on the waist ties, lost by the first owner.

Hi! What do you think would be the maximum bust measurement on this jsk? And also, could you calculate shipping to Florida, USA (32566)?
