Payment Policy All prices and invoices are in USD. Payment by Paypal (verified and confirmed address only) or Google Wallet. Please message if you have another preferred method for transactions. Payment must be made within a reasonable amount of time (unless otherwise agreed upon). If it has been over a week with no response, I will cancel the sale and leave negative feedback. Item Condition and Allergens All clothing is stored in a smoke-free home. I do have multiple cats. Clothing is stored in a room (inside a closet) where my cats do not have access, but beware of allergens. All sales are final, refunds will be made in extenuating circumstances only. If you experience a problem, please contact me! I will do my best to help you. Shipping Shipping will be in a recycled box or bubble envelope. If you would like an unused box or envelope, there will be an additional fee. Everything fragile will be protected by bubble wrap and all items will be packaged in plastic to protect from the elements. I will ship first class tracked if item is less than 13 oz, otherwise it will be in either a flat rate box or recycled packaging depending on the item's weight. International Shipping International shipping can be reduced if the item is packaged in an envelope. I will use my discretion if the item would be better boxed or in envelope and will confirm with you. First class international is not always covered by PayPal, but this is how I will generally ship to keep costs down for you. First class does include tracking as well, but it is limited to 4lbs or less. If insurance is required, I may not be able to ship first class, so please be aware of that. I cannot mark down packages on customs forms. Please realize if the package is lost, the post office will only refund me the declared value and Paypal will not side with me as a seller. Because there are many ways for the buyer to get their money back in this case, and no options for the seller, I cannot mark down packages. If you would still like me to, please private message me. I will use my discretion if I would like to or not based on your feedback. I would prefer you pay with Google Wallet if you would like the items marked down. Please understand I cannot refund you if the package does get lost and the value has been marked down and the package is uninsured. I can only refund you up the the amount it is insured. Please keep this in mind! I will reiterate all terms in private message. Lost or Damaged Packages Please let me know if your package was lost or damaged! The sender is required to open a dispute with the post office and I am willing to do so if necessary! Be sure to take proof photos for the post office if this is the case. Do not throw away the package and materials as the post office will need to see it on your end to complete the claim. As soon as the post office refunds me, I can in turn refund you (please be aware this is a lengthy process, in my experience it can take up to 3 months).
