Super cute Angelic Pretty Polka Dot Pleated Sailor OP in Pink from 2009! Perfect to throw on for a summer outfit.
The dress has pockets (!!), waist ties, and cute vintage cloth lace. The neckline has multiple pieces with snap buttons so your head can fit through.
PLEASE NOTE the upper sailor collar piece has some yellowing on the inside - see photo. I bought this used a few years ago and wore a few times. Otherwise the dress is overall good condition, no marks or flaws besides the collar!
