With measuring tape, from armpit to armpit the distance was 15 inches and across the middle it was 12in (I think? you double that number and then add a little extra to get the bust/waist size? I'm not exactly sure, I'm sorry!). It has waist ties as well; I would consider this a small blouse, my bust/waist measurements are 33in/24in and it fit me somewhat snugly.
