I am selling this dress by Angelic Pretty. It is made from a very soft printed chiffon and has a very light built-in petticoat. There's partial shirring in the back. The dress has no damage and has been cleaned. It comes with the waist ties, a hairbow and the spare button still attached. 

Measurements from lolibrary:

 bust about 91 cm 
 waist about 72 cm

These seem to be the unstretched measurements, since the dress fit me comfortably at a few cm above.
