AP Old school velveteen & tartan JSK (Damaged + missing bow!)
Drop waisted velveteen & tartan JSK by Angelic Pretty.
EDIT: I'm dumb and have always kept the straps in the back tied, so I forgot to untie them before checking for damage. There is a tear on one of the straps (pictures 6 & 7), and they are very wrinkled from always being tied. I don't think that this is something that keeps the JSK from being wearable since they are meant to be tied anyways, and other than that the general condition of the JSK is still good. I have lowered the price a bit more to account for the damage.
OLD DESCRIPTION:
It has a built in tulle layer for added poof and the fabrics make it perfect for winter. Looking at the lolibrary entry it looks like it's missing a velveteen detachable bow. It's overall in great condition for its age, but it does have a slightly used feeling and there is a little bit of fraying on the velveteen ribbon (picture #5). I have around 87 cm bust/70 cm waist and it fits me very well. There is a small shirring panel on the back that allows for a slight size variation.

Hi! It's kind of hard to tell what the minimum would be, but given how it fits on me I think that it would start to feel a bit baggy on a waist below ~68 cm.
