**NOTE: one of the 4 buttons for the inner triangular part of the sailor collar is missing!

it should be an easy fix though, and it holds fine with just the 3 buttons as well. 
it looks pink but actually up close it's lots of small red and white stripes

measurements (from the almost identical anchor embroidery sailor OP entry on lolibrary, the only difference is the bow instead of the tie):
bust: 85cm
waist: 68cm
length: 85cm
shoulder width: 34cm
sleeve length: 23cm

i got this secondhand from someone who bought it many years ago from its original release in 2006. i've worn it once for just a couple of hours and then never again. i'm not sure what happened to the inner triangle collar button, i think it got lost when i washed it after that one time wearing it. it really should be an easy fix if even necessary though! i'm selling it now because i was under the impression it was pink when it's a lot more red than i though it was.
