Angelic Pretty Navy Girl JSK (2013) – READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING

An impulse buy that I am hoping will go to someone who will love it more. The dress came to me with quite a few issues, which I will describe to the best of my ability. I have only tried it on – never worn it out – and the previous owner had it dry-cleaned before shipping it to me. The detachable badge (4th picture) is included.

The gold shank buttons on the dress are functional, though the dress primarily fastens together using clasp buttons (see 6th picture). A few of the gold shank buttons are somewhat loose (5th picture), but I believe they are secure and do not require immediate resewing. Two of the clasp buttons, however, were barely hanging on when I received the dress, so I resewed them; they are now very secure. I have included pictures of the clasps I resewed, both front and back. I only had to repair inner clasps, not outer ones, so where I have resewn does NOT show on the front of the dress - you can only see where I sewed on the inner lining (pictures 7-10).

There are two stains on the front of the dress. The first is rather large but faint, toward the center of the dress (picture 11) and the second is small and close to the ribbon trim toward the bottom (picture 12). I have tried to photograph and depict them the best I could. You can see both together on the dress in picture 13.

Lastly, the corset ribbon is yellowing in some places, and one end of the ribbon is fraying slightly, but I don’t think these flaws will be noticeable when worn.

Please also note the length of the dress – it is a bit shorter than most of AP’s JSKs.

Overall, the dress is very cute and certainly wearable. I tried to make the necessary immediate repairs but am selling it as is.
