JSK only. It will need ironing as the pleats have become a bit misshapen from storage.
It does include the small striped bow clip at the waist (as shown on the stock image) as well as the blue bow clip for the back (as shown on the white stock image).
There is slight discoloration on inside edge of the detachable collar (very faint, difficult to photograph) and on the arm scythes. There is a small hole where it looks like the back bow pulled a bit too much.
Measurements are as follows from lolibrary:
Bust: 90 cm
Waist: 76 cm
Length: 78 cm + 3 cm lace
Completely made out of cotton, so it's very sturdy and breathable! This also means it is machine washable, but be sure to use a garment laundry bag to protect the buttons!
