Very good condition, no flaws that I can spot. Note, however, that it is a used item. I have done my best to inspect the dress for any problems, but I may have missed something, so just be aware of that if you choose to bid.
I will steam the dress ribbon a bit before shipping, it's a bit wrinkled.

To Canada: $15 tracked, $100 CAD insurance / $43 tracked, fully insured
To USA: $18 tracked, $100 CAD insurance / $40 tracked, $1000 CAD insurance
To other countries: $46 tracked, $100 CAD insurance
I would prefer to send with tracked and fully insured (or as much insurance as possible) in order to retain peace of mind for the buyer and seller! I am reluctant to send with lesser insured services and/or declare a lower value on customs forms, but it is possible if the buyer has exceptional feedback - please PM if you'd like to negotiate. Insured shipping to countries other than Canada and the US is too expensive to be reasonable; however, again, I would only be willing to send to those with exceptional feedback and/or if a special arrangement was made.
