I am the second owner. This skirt is great for petites! I only tried it o. Selling because I am more of an OP/JSK person and this has been sitting in my closet for over a year. :( The main bow is detachable and has a pin. The barette is a mini barette with a clip. There are some slight wrinkles but mostly good to go. Has been hanging in storage away from pets. Price includes USA shipping!

Hi! I'm a very easy-going seller. Here are my terms:
* I include shipping and PayPal fees for domestic shipping unless otherwise stated. International buyers can ask me for a quote - you will receive a discount equal to the built in cost of domestic shipping (relative to type of postage).
