Waist ties and back ribbon are both missing
There is a tear in the lace along one arm. I purchased it like this, but it seems like it could be easily patched.

I’m not sure of the exact measurements, but I wouldn’t trust the measurements listed on Lolibrary. My bust is about 10cm less than the listed maximum measurement, and it didn’t even come close to fitting.
