Lolibrary bust is 82cm but that is the minimum size. This can easily fit a 91 cm bust with some room. Unsure of the max fit though.
Bows by the cuffs seem to be a tad loose? But when i looked at them they just appear to be sewn in weird (might be due to the fact they are sewn on top of the wrist shirring?) The main cotton bust has some very minor appearance of pilling. Bow is detachable!

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell.
