Allergy Warning: I own cats

Hello, I bought this skirt secondhand from Japan. I didn't realize how long the skirt was until I got it. I'm pretty short so the skirt (under 5ft) sheer overlay goes down to my mid-calves. I would really recommend this skirt to someone much taller than me, like 5ft 4in+. It's pretty roomy I think too, it's meant to sit a pretty high on the waist too which would look super cute with a blouse underneath. It's a great skirt, super cute, just better for someone taller than me.

This skirt does have some minor damage, a bit of fabric snagging under the front bow (front bow is detachable btw), the star buttons are also scuffed up, but aside from that everything looks pretty good, all damage is shown in the pictures. Please do be cautious if you have any hesitancy due to these issues.
