Waist ties are included but not attached; need sewn back on. Has a very slight deodorant smell under arms

I'm the second or third owner, dress is in great shape except for the waist ties not being attached. There is a slight odor under the arms, but isn't noticible unless you're actively smelling your dresses on a regular basis (hey, do what you want with your dresses). It was like this when I received it. Headbow is included.
