Details: I purchased this bag new from AP SF and it is still new and unused. The top closes with a zipper and it has small inside pockets to keep keys or pens separate. It has been in storage for all of this time so has no signs of wear. You can see some light indentations from the straps on the side (picture #2) which is almost unavoidable when you lay it on its side. There was slight tarnish on the emblem but I restored it with a metal cloth and toothbrush. Check out the picture so that you can see it looks perfectly bright and shiny.
