There is damage as shown in the pictures.
The damage is a rip along the seam of the shoulder, but this looks to be an easy fix as there's no visible tearing to the actual fabric. A quick trip to a seamstress or if you're good with sewing and it should be fine. It was like this when I purchased it, never worn by me.
