Shipping happens through PostNL, I'm not responsible for lost or damaged packages. When something is lost or damaged, only the insured shipping option can get you money back. Wether you get money back for your package and how much is up to PostNL. If a package returns by any chance, you may get the package reshipped at you own costs.
