The design is very cute with a tulle overlay skirt + underlayer for slight poof without a petti, and transparent lace detail on the sleeves and bodice.
Good condition, no flaws that I can spot.
Note that the bows are NOT original, for some reason when I bought this it came without any of them (though I believe they are supposed to be sewn on, so the seller must have cut them off). This does not appear to be a sample as a tag with the product number is present. Therefore all the bows are detachable for some added versatility.
