Love this dress but just don't find myself wanting to wear it.  I have only ever worn it out once 2 years ago, has been in my closet ever since. The cross neck ties are included as well as the waist ties! Also has full back shirring.

Bust: 85-109cm (I wore it at 110cm but was tight)
Waist: 70-99cm
