This purse also functions as a backpack. The ears stand up with wires. I've only used a hand full of times. They only damage I see is pictured in the last two pictures. One shows some minimal peeling of the material (on the side of the bag). The only other damage I see is the other side of the bag has a bit of a dint. Nothing that is too noticeable. It is due to hanging up with my other bags.
