This lovely dress has shirring and a lace up back. I've had it fit a couple years but have never had occasion to wear it. It is quite heavy, but the fabric is super soft. Comes with the ribbon brooch and the removable neck piece. There is one tiny pull at the front on the dress, but this is mostly hidden by the pleats. Last seller noted other pulls, but I cannot seem to find them.
